The Ministry of Digital Industry and TECHIIA, international technology holding, have announced the first technological project in Ukraine that solves the global problem of high-speed data processing, the press service of the Ministry of Finance reports.
Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov and Managing Partner of TECHIIA holding Yurii Lazebnikov signed a Memorandum of Cooperation on the development of the information technology industry, the construction of data centers, the development of e-sports and STEM education.
The cooperation provides for the implementation of the EcoTechnoPark project in the Kherson region, south of Ukraine. In its core is the data center with a capacity of up to 500 MW, which will perform the functions of storage, data processing and 3D rendering.
The department added that they support the project and will contribute to its implementation.
