The Minister of Health of Ukraine Maksym Stepaniv said administration will soon present a detailed scenario for the country to come out of the quarantine, which will have five stages, Interfax-Ukraine reports.
“We hope that the situation with the incidence rate in May 12 will be favorable enough so we can mitigate the quarantine measures and begin to gradually quit quarantine. The main criterion is a significant reduction in the number of coronavirus cases,” Stepaniv said.
According to the minister, daily increase in the number of patients in ukraine is from 7 to 12%.
“A detailed scenario has been developed; it has five stages, but the main criterion is a decrease in the number of cases. We begin to mitigate quarantine measures with each stage: the opening of parks, various stores … I think in the near future we’ll give information so that everyone understands exactly how and under what conditions Ukraine will come out of quarantine,” Stepaniv emphasized.
