Ukraine will record economic violations in an automated mode. The State Environmental Inspectorate has developed the terms of reference for the electronic system “Environmental Inspector”. This was stated by the head of the inspection Andrii Malevany, according to the press service of the department.
With its help inspectors will be able to automatically carry out part of the documentary work, namely, draw up acts based on the results of inspections and provide instructions to violators.
In addition, this system will allow the State Environmental Inspection to electronically carry out:
- registration of citizens’ applications for an inspection;
- preparation, approval and registration of orders for unscheduled and planned inspections, as well as documents with materials for opening a criminal case;
- formation of a unified act based on the results of the audit;
- maintaining a directory of enterprises whose activities are controlled by the inspection;
- automated generation of a plan of inspections using a directory of enterprises;
- formation of analytical and statistical reports for publication.
