During 2019, 40 cadets of National Academy of the State Border Service named after Bogdan Khmelnitsky will undergo week-long training at the specialized training center of the city of Luboń, Poland.
It is reported by the State Border Service of Ukraine.
“During this training, law students will receive the necessary knowledge on European standards of working with foreigners who violate border and immigration laws, the peculiarities of identifying and documenting people from different countries of origin, the procedure for bringing them to responsibility under European law, as well as other law enforcement skills and respect for human and civil rights and freedoms,” this is stated on the website of the State Border Service.
The first group of 14 young border guards has already returned from the training center and on April 1 the second group of cadets left.
