The Law of Ukraine “On Currency and Currency Operations” (effective from February 7) exempts business from the obligation to submit declarations on currency values, incomes and other foreign assets.
It is noted that the last period for which the businesses were obliged to file their declarations was 2018; from the 1st quarter of 2019 the declaration is no longer necessary.
“Currency liberalization is not only the simplification of foreign economic operations or the purchase of foreign currency, but also the reduction of the administrative burden on business,” UNIAN reports.
