Ukrainian Education Ministry to allocate UAH 1 bln for high-quality Internet in schools

The Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine, Liliya Hrynevych, said that the Ministry of Education and Science would allocate UAH 1 billion this year to provide all schools with the high-quality Internet, Ukrinform reports.

“We create favorable conditions for providing all Ukrainian schools with quality Internet connection. About UAH 1 billion was allocated for this purpose in 2019: UAH 700 million will be spent on improving Internet quality and UAH 300 million on computers [for schools where are no PC at all],” said Hrynevych.

As The Journalist reported, Government allocated UAH 12 mln to ensure education for children who stay in hospital for longer periods.
