The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on Thursday, October 24, registered in Parliament a bill #2308 amending Article 28 of the Budget Code of Ukraine. This ir reported RBC-Ukraine, referring the information on the website of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
To media, Article 28 of the Budget Code determines the availability of budget information. This article defines budget disclosure requirements. The text of the project itself is not yet available on the parliament’s website, RBC-Ukraine notes. The last stage of the passage of the bill: it is submitted to the management.
Earlier, the Verkhovna Rada registered bill #2307 “On Amending Certain Laws of Ukraine on the publication of regulatory legal acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and posting separate information in electronic form”.
