On his 21st birthday, the Ukrainian political prisoner Pavlo Gryb addressed the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky and the Verkhovna Rada with a request to finally decide the “fate” of all Ukrainian military, political prisoners of Putin’s regime. The corresponding appeal was published by his father on his Facebook page.

“I, Pavlo Gryb, a Ukrainian patriot convicted of assisting terrorist activities for six years in prison, together with all political prisoners on behalf of all Ukrainian military, political prisoners of Putin’s regime, appeal to the Ukrainian authorities, the President of Ukraine, deputies of the Verkhovna Rada, the government of Ukraine to finally decide our fate!”,Pavlo Gryb said.

He noted that a lot of time has passed since the first prisoner exchange with Russia, and the number of political prisoners is only increasing.

According to him, now above a hundred people are in isolation wards and camps of the Russian Federation, who despite everything, remain loyal to Ukraine.

“I call and appeal to the public, cultural figures, military, nationalists, volunteers and chaplains, local communities of each region, to all Ukrainians who are not indifferent to our fate: do not stand aside and do not forget the prisoners,” Gryb said.

The Ukrainian patriot stressed that it could not continue, and Russia should be called for the negotiations.

“We are demanding this. Any authority must hear us. Any other policy in this direction is treason. We are waiting for the official reaction and, above all, the actions of the authorities. Time has gone. You have promised it, so, get down to work”, the prisoner added.
