One Ukrainian soldier was killed, another one was wounded in Donbas as a result of enemy shelling over the past day. This was reported by the press service of the United Forces Operation (JFO).
On January 9, the enemy violated the ceasefire regime six times, attacking Ukrainian positions from grenade launchers of various systems, heavy machine guns and small arms.
In the zone of responsibility of the Skhid [East] tactical group, the enemy shelled Ukrainian positions five times: near Pavlopil, Vodiane, Nivelske, Pisky, and Krasnohorivka.
In the zone of responsibility of the Pivnich [North] tactical group, Russian occupation forces attacked Ukrainian units near Khutir Vilniy.
