According to Ukrinform in September in Japan on a large screen will be shown a short film «Thank you», in which Ukraine is represented through the prism of the worldview of a Japanese tourist.
This was reported by adviser to Minister of Information Policy of Ukraine on International Communication Marina Sobotyuk.
«The movie will be shown in September on large screens in Japan. This is very good news», Sobotyuk said.
Film was created by order of the Ministry of Information Policy. Premiere of the film «Thank you» was held in July 2018 in Germany.
In the film, Ukraine represented as an «interesting, hospitable, original country with incredible landscapes and a rich history».
It is known that the film became a finalist of the National Competition Program of the Zaporozhia International Film Festival 2018 «ZIFF’18».
«We will also go to Croatia in October with a ribbon. And we can also take a worthy place there», added the minister’s adviser.
As previously reported by The Journalist an international film festival was launched in Venice.
