In Donbas, servicemen began work to identify and neutralize explosive items along the Avdiivka-Opytne highway, reported on JFO on Facebook page.
«On September 18, by order of the commander of JFO in order to ensure safe movement and work of the representatives of the International Committee of Red Cross, along the road Avdiivka-Opytne, the area is checked for explosive objects and signs of mine danger. The work is carried out by a mobile group of demining from composition of one of JFO units», report said.
Ukrainian side of SSCC notes that servicemen conduct a survey of territory for presence of mines, unexploded ordnance and other explosive items. The work is scheduled to be completed by September 21.
