The UN sent 101.9 tons of humanitarian aid to the non-governmental controlled part of Donbas. This was reported by the press service of the State Border Service.
According to State Border Guard Service, 12 trucks carriing humanitarian aid for residents of temporary controlled occupied part of Donbas crossed the Novotroitske entry-exit checkpoint.
“12 trucks with humanitarian aid from the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees proceeded through the Novotroitske checkpoint and entered the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine,” the statement said.
Humanitarian aid consists of food and hygiene kits, building materials, as well as mama and newborn baby kits.
