Vladyslav Kukhar, Head of the Health Department of the Chernihiv City Council, said that the educational process in the regional center will be resumed on January 28, unless the situation worsens. About this informs press service of the Chernihiv city council.
According to Kukhar, over the past week, 3.4 thousand people, including 1,645 children, became ill with the flu and ARVI in the regional center.
“There are 112 patients in inpatient treatment in institutions. In addition, four confirmed cases of death from complications from the flu since the beginning of the epidemic season,"- said in a statement.
In turn, the head of the health department noted that the incidence rate in Chernihiv is now somewhat less than last week, but the course of the disease due to the characteristics of the H1N1 flu strain remains difficult.
