Wind turbine with observation platforms will be constructed in Donetsk Oblast (Ukraine)

The most powerful wind turbine in Ukraine will be constructed on Mount Karachun, near the city of Slovyansk. This is reported by Business. East inform agency.
The work on the construction of a wind turbine with a capacity of 5 MW will start in January 2019 and will last for three years. It is designed to have three viewing platforms on the height from 10.7 m. to 125 m.
According to Artem Filippskikh, Chief Designer of Fuhrlander Vidtechnology LLC, the wind turbine give ability to climb up the viewing platforms mounted on it and have a bird’s-eye view on the city of Slovyansk.
It is noted that such kind of turbines have already been installed in Ukraine, but their capacity is not more than 3 MW.
