Ukraine has increased the number of her representatives in Interpol to three people, the press service of the National Police said.
It is noted that the Chairman of the National Police, Serhiy Knyazev, has discuss this changes with the secretary-general of Interpol, Jürgen Stock, during the working visit to Europol.
The participants have reached an agreement on presenting two more officers, who will be permanent Ukrainian representatives to the International Criminal Police Organization (Interpol). Their presentation will take place in October this year.
The Ukrainian representatives will take up their duties at Interpol HQ in Lyon for four years’ period. Consequently, the number of Ukraine’s representatives in Interpol has increased to three policemen.
