Artists Slavik Khomenko and Oleg Tsemka have depicted a mural, called «Peace to all», on the wall of the school No. 26 in Ivano-Frankivsk. It was made in accordance with the drawing of a seven-year-old schoolgirl-painter, Bozhena Grinchak. This is reported by Ukrinform, quoting the communication specialist of communications Caritas Ivano-Frankivsk, Julia Fedunishin, as saying.
A talented girl has presented this drawing when she was participating in the contest for the Day of Sorrow and the Memory of Victims of War, which is celebrated on June 22. Bozhena did not win in the artistic competition; however, her work touched adults feelings and it was decided to create a mural. On her picture the young painter has portrayed a dove, which, as you know, is a symbol of peace.

«The Caritas Ivano-Frankivsk on the International Day of Peace, on September 21, will solemnly open a mural called «Peace to all», that is created in accordance to the drawing of the seven-year-old girl Bozhena Grinchak. She visits the Children’s Creativity Center, draws and dances. Mural is depicted on the wall of school number 26, where the girl is studying,» – Mrs Fedunishin said.

It is noted that the celebration of the International Day of Peace on September 21 in Ivano-Frankivsk will begin with a funeral service for the dead ATO fighters and a prayer in the Memorial Square for peace.
