«On the mountain Pip Ivan Chornohirskiy, light snow, southwest wind of 10-11 m / s. The air temperature is -4 degrees», said in a statement.
Recall, on September 24, on the mountain Pip Ivan Chornohirskiy, on the border of Ivano-Frankivsk and Zakarpattia oblasts, the first snow fell.
