Ukraine launches a solar power plant in Khmelnytskyi Oblast

A new photovoltaic power plant «Kutkovtsy», with peak capacity of 5.09 MW, was launched in the Chemerovets’kyj District (Khmelnytskyi Oblast, Ukraine). This is reported by Sdelano v Ukraine news agency.
It is reported that the power plant will generate about 5.5 million kWh of electricity annually.
It is noted that all the electrotechnical equipment of this power plant were produced in Ukraine (except PV-panels).
It is known that the design and construction of the station was performed by «Podolsky Energoconsulting» Company, which is the part of Energy Holding KNESS, working in the field of renewable energy.
Thanks to KNESS, there are already 33 solar power plants in Ukraine with a total capacity of more than 220 MW.
As The Journalist reported earlier, a factory to produce solar batteries will be built in Vinnytsia.
