A barge with watermelons was sent from Kherson Oblast, towards Kyiv. This is reported by the press office of the NIBULON AJV on its Facebook page.

«At the berth of the Golopristanskaya branch of the NIBULON Company, the loading of the first watermelons, collected by the Kherson farmers, is in full swing this year. Very soon these ripe watermelons will be savored in Kyiv,» – the message says.

The first barge with watermelons and melons, which were purchased from local farmers, is weighing 500 tons and will arrive to Kyiv in a few days.
As The Journalist reported earlier, the arrival date of the barge with watermelons to Kyiv was announced.
