February 14 from 08:00 to 09:00 Kyivpastrans gives all fans of the funicular a chance to take advantage of a special condition of travel.
“A passenger may, at his own request, embrace and / or kiss his companion, and travel by the specified public transport for free,” the report says.
In addition, passengers will be treated with sweets, unique Valentine tickets and the opportunity to win 10 travel cards.
