In the annexed Crimea on July 19th, FSB officers conducted an investigation in the house of Gulsum Aliyeva. About this informs «Crimean solidarity».
It is reported that the siloviki conducted searches in the city of Alushta in the house of the figurant of the «Hizb ut-Tahrir case» Gulsum Aliyeva.
«There is an accusation under Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation in connection with publications in the Crimean solidarity. The mobile phones and equipment were confiscated from the whole family», the message says.
According to lawyer Lili Gemejia, permission was given to the author of the Alushta court of Izotenko to carry out «operative-search activities during the pre-investigation».
As it became known, the investigative measures are over and Gusum Aliyeva was taken away from the house by the FSB from her home in the city of Alushta.
