More than 30 heads of state and government, more than 80 foreign and defense ministers, as well as high-level experts, economists, representatives of international and public organizations will participate in the Munich Security Conference, Ukrinform reports.
Ukraine is represented by President Poroshenko, who will hold a series of bilateral meetings.
“Ukraine probably suffered the most due to breach of the post-cold-war security system in Europe,” the annual security report said in a statement made on the eve of the opening of the conference.
The report provides a list of 10 countries that made up the International Crisis Group, conflicts in which will continue in 2019. Ukraine was listed in it too.
Also, the conference participants will discuss issues of global and regional crises and risks, cyber security, arms race and arms control and etc.
As The Journalist reported, EU added several countries to black list.
