Inhabitants and guests of Odessa were frightened to see what color the sea took because of oily film that covered the surface of the water. About this reports Korrespondent.

According to executive director of State Environmental Inspection of the North-Western Black Sea region Olha Filina, environmental experts took samples of an unknown substance from surface of sea water near beach Luzanovka. According to preliminary results, we are talking about exceeding the maximum permissible concentrations of suspended substances, hydrogen sulfide and iron. Researchers note a decrease in oxygen concentration.
