On the occasion of celebration of the 224th birthday of Odessa in the courtyard of museum-apartment of Leonyd Utyosov, a monument to an outstanding singer was opened. This is reported by Ukrinform.
The sculpture depicts the young Utyosov. It is known that solemn ceremony of the opening of the sculpture was visited by native niece of singer Maya Volodymyrivna Molodetska.
Let’s note, this is the second sculptural composition, which was dedicated to the artist in Odessa – the first monument was installed in the City Garden.
As previously reported by The Journalist, in Odessa, a woman was doused with greenery during the laying flowers near the house of the Trade Unions.
