Investigative actions in the case on attack on the head of the public organization «Nebayduzhy», former leader of the «Right Sector» in Odessa region Sergei Sternenko, continue. Law enforcers announced «unexpected answers» in Sternenko’s case. The head of the National Police in Odessa region Dmitry Golovin said this during the briefing, reports UNIAN.
It is noted that all persons, who were involved in the three criminal proceedings, were identified as witnesses. In the same status they were interrogated.
«17 people were questioned. Plus there are more people whose identity need to be established and additionally interrogated», – the message said.
Within investigation framework, more than 15 expertises have been appointed, including a complex one.
«You will clearly receive answers to the questions, basing on expertise results. Someone, probably, will be even surprised», – said Golovin.
Recall that the former head of the «Right Sector» (Odessa region) Sergei Sternenko killed one of the attackers on May 24.
As «The Journalist» reported, the former Activist of the «Right Sector» Sternenko killed one attacker with the knife, the second was detained by the police.
