New National Nature Park Nobelskiy was opened in Rivne oblast. About this wrote on his Facebook page Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources Ostap Semerak.
The park got its name from the largest lake of Polissya Nobel, located right there. Within the reserve will be protected by unique plants and animals of western Polissya. Most of new park is part of so-called Emerald Network – a group of conservation areas that provide a natural diversity of Europe. Therefore, the uniqueness of this area has long been recognized outside of Ukraine.
«Nobelskiy NNP will border on two objects NNF Pripyat-Stokhod and Rivne Nature Reserve. I think that this neighborhood will contribute to develop ecological tourism and preservation of a unique biodiversity of this region», report said.
Earlier The Journalist reported that a new landscape park and nature monument appeared in the Kyiv oblast monument.
