On the night of February 1, flight from the Turkish Pegasus Airlines with 180 passengers on board failed to land at the Kyiv airport (Zhulyany – ed.). The reason for this is the deterioration of weather conditions and heavy fog. About this reports Strana.ua.

"We flew around midnight from Ankara, the plane came in to land at Zhulyany at about 00:50. But just a few tens of meters from the ground, the pilot abruptly went up. We were told that because of the fog, it was decided not to sit down,” said one of the passengers.

It is noted that among the passengers were representatives of two football teams of the Ukrainian Premier League of FC Olympic and FC Desna.
