The traffic in Kyiv will be limited due to the occasion of the celebration of the Baptism of Kyiv Rus-Ukraine

In connection with the mass events scheduled for the 1030th anniversary of the Baptism of Kievan Rus-Ukraine, the movement for all types of transport in the center of Kiev will be restricted for July 24, 27 and 28. This was reported by the press service of the Kyiv City State Administration (KCSA).
The Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the Kyivan Patriarchate (UOC-KP), the Kiev Metropolitanate of the UOC and the Patriarchate of the Ukrainian Autocephalous PCR filed petitions for the moleben (Prayer Service) and procession.
As the KCSA reported, on July 24 from 12:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. movement of transport will be limited at Andriivs’kyi descent, Desyatinna st., Mikhailovskaya Square and Trehsvyatitelskaya st.
On July 27 from 11:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. – on the Trehsvyatitelskaya st., Khreshchatyk st., Vladimirsky descent, Parkova Road and Mykhailo Grushevsky st.
On July 28 from 12:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. traffic will be restricted on the Tarasa Shevchenko Blvd, Volodymyrska st., Volodymyrsky passage.
As «The Journalist» reported earlier, a prayer breakfast was held in Kiev, dedicated to the celebration of the 1030th anniversary of the baptism of Kievan Rus-Ukraine.
