Within the Sumy, Kharkiv and Luhansk regions, State Border Guard Service of Ukraine (SPSU) has strengthened control on the border with the Russian Federation. About this informs the press service of the SBGSU.
“As part of these activities, special units of Eastern Regional Directorate of State Border Service of Ukraine were additionally involved in protecting the state border with the Russian Federation within the Sumy, Kharkiv and Luhansk oblasts,” the statement said.
The report notes that the military will perform tasks to strengthen the protection of sections of the state border in threatening areas and to maintain the rules of the border regime.
