Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine hopes that in the near future the Verkhovna Rada deputies will approve a 15-year strategy for the development of the electric vehicle market, which will make it possible to launch the construction of the Tesla plant.

But we can start full-fledged talks only after the adoption of the bill by the parliament, which was developed and introduced, to stimulate and 15-year strategy for the development of the electric car market in Ukraine, which includes not only the production of electric cars, but also lithium batteries, lithium mining, and the construction of an electric car factory.
