Wind power plant will be built in Kherson oblast. About this writes head of state on his Facebook page.
President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko signed an agreement with the Norwegian company NBT on attracting investments in the construction of a wind farm in the Kherson region, on border with the Crimea.
It is noted that in 2019 along the Sivash lake, on the border with the annexed Crimea, 67 wind turbines will be built. The total capacity of station is 250 megawatts.
«We witnessed the launch of another powerful international investment project in our country – a project to build a complex of wind power stations in Kherson oblast. The project is impressive», Poroshenko said.
Earlier Journalist reported that in Khmelnitsky region a solar power station Kutkovtsy was opened.
