Since the beginning of the year, 25,000 people came down with measles in Ukraine. This is reported by the press service of the Ministry of Health.

Since the beginning of 2018, some 25,008 people have suffered measles: 10,085 adults and 14,923 children. Mostly – in Lviv, Transcarpathian, Ivano-Frankivsk, Odessa, Ternopil Oblasts and in the city of Kyiv. Please note that from July 2 to July 8, some 1,021 people were ill with measles: 416 adults and 605 children, which is 9 percent more than last week.
As «The Journalist» reported earlier, the number of hospitals has decreased significantly in Ukraine.
