Ukraine has compiled a list of endangered animals

Over the past 25 years, biological diversity of Earth has declined by more than a third. Representatives of the fauna, which are on the verge of extinction in Ukraine, and those that are already considered missing, were compiled on the site 112.ua.

It is noted that if humanity does not take care of nature and its inhabitants, then very soon they may disappear: sawfish, Florida cougar, forest ibis, simpuna, Sumatran rhinoceros, tarantula, chirola, batagur, dead-faced newt.

As for our country, at least 14 animals are on the verge of extinction, including:

1. Brown bear
2. Mink European
3. Forest Cat
4. White hare
5. Ermine
6. Lynx
7. Eagle eared
8. Khokhulya Russian
9. Great snipe
10. Bison
11. Monk Seal
12. Horse wild
13. Gopher European
14. Long-winged regular

Note that the list includes those species that are already considered extinct.
