The Operator of the Gas Transmission System of Ukraine, the state-owned company Ukrtransgaz reports that 834 million cubic meters were pumped into the underground gas storage facilities of Ukraine in the period of October 1 – 27. Natural gas stocks in Ukraine’s underground storage facilities on October 27 totaled 17.0095 billion cubic meters (bcm), which is 0.8% more compared to the same date in 2017 (16.92 billion cubic meters). This is reported by UNIAN inform agency.
From October 1 to October 27, Ukraine has imported 911.3 million cubic meters of gas (521.5 million cubic meters through Slovakia, 340.02 million cubic meters through Hungary and 49.8 million cubic meters through Poland). Ukraine’s own production amounted to 1.58 billion cubic meters from 1 to 27 October, and transit – 5.79 billion cubic meters.
Thus, the gas storage facilities are 55/1 % full.
