Executive Secretary of State, Head of the Secretariat of the State Secretary of Ministry of Justice of Ukraine Olena Kosolapova stated that in the near future in Ukraine, a pilot project will begin to provide a one-time aid «baby package» when the baby is born.
«One-time benefit package for baby’s birth will be given to mother or legal representative of the child during the discharge of the newborn from the hospital. Fact of transfer of aid will be recorded in the certificate of acceptance and transfer and in the journal of accounting», Kosolapova said.
List of children’s goods for the acquisition of a one-time natural aid package of a baby is approved by order of Ministry of Social Policy of July 17th, 2012 № 1025, registered by Ministry of Justice on July 19th, 2018 and promulgated in Official Journal of Ukraine №61 of August 10th, 2018.
According to the order baby package» will include essentials, in particular, diapers, diapers, baby clothes for newborns, blankets, towels, toys, hygiene products, etc.
