The State Committee for Television and Radio Broadcasting of Ukraine has banned import of 19 books from the Russian Federation to Ukraine. This decision was made because books have ‘anti-Ukrainian and aggressor state propaganda content’. This was reported by the press service of the State Committee for Television and Radio Broadcasting.
“The book by business consultant Serhiy Bekhterev, “How to work during working hours: rules for victory over office chaos”, which is based on the examples of the work of Russian authorities, will not be distributed in Ukraine. Another banned book written by Ihor Namakonov "Crossfit of the brain: How to prepare yourself for solving non-standard tasks", content words "Russia is an amazing and surprising country, and we, her citizens, are amazing people."
In addition was banned book by Georgian glossy magazines journalist, Nino Bilikhodze, “Georgian cuisine: love to taste”, which content comments made by famous Russians, who are entered by the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine to the list of people pose threat to Ukrainian national security.
Natalia Malinovskaya’s book “Practicing Witch’s Notes”, which preface citing Russian television channels, involved in the hybrid war against Ukraine, will not be distributed in Ukraine too.
Among the forbidden literature are also children’s books designed with communist symbols and aggressor state symbols.
As The Journalist reported, 17 citizens of Israel were being deported from Ukraine.
