Сhanges were made to «Procedure for issuing veterinary documents», according to which now licensed veterinary medicine doctors will be able to issue veterinary and sanitary passports for animals. The relevant changes are provided by the Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 447.
Licensed veterinarians now have the right to issue veterinary and sanitary passports for animals. In addition, it is noted that veterinary documents are issued by state inspectors and authorized veterinary medicine doctors of the main departments of the State Consumer Protection Service in the regions and city of Kiev. Veterinary documents are also authorized to issue state institutions of veterinary medicine, regional services of state veterinary and sanitary supervision and control at the state border and transport.
