Kurt Volker, U.S. Special Representative for Ukraine, has said he was extremely disappointed with the ceasefire violation leading to four Ukrainian soldiers killed near Pavlopil. He wrote about this on his Twitter.
“Extremly disappointed with new ceasefire violations leading to four Ukrainian soldiers killed by Russian led forces – especially at a time when the new president of Ukraine is making gestures for peace,” Volker wrote.
