For the first time over the last 19 years, Ukrainian military tested the S-300B1 mobile anti-aircraft missile system at exercises in the Kherson Oblast.
«The results of the shooting confirmed our ability to significantly increase the combat strength as soon as possible,» reported by the head of the General Staff of Ukraine, Viktor Muzhenko on his Facebook page.
He also noted that successful combat launches from the restored short- and medium-range air defense systems, as well as the testing of modernized fire control systems, open up prospects for further development of the Ukrainian military industrial complex.
