The law on the Supreme Anticorruption Court came into force

From today, the law comes into force, obliging within a year to form an Anti-Corruption Court, which should include at least 35 judges, of which at least 10 are representatives of the Appeals Chamber.

The document suggests the president to submit to the parliament a draft law on the creation of a new court.
The judges of the Anti-Corruption Court will be selected by the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine (HQCJU) with the assistance of six members of the Council of International Experts. That is why it is a must to create this council first.
