The water level in rivers of Syana and Dniester basins are possibly rise by 1 meter, the State Emergency Service reports.
“During October 14-15, on the rivers of the Syana and Dniester basins (Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk regions), water levels are expected to rise by 0.2-1 m above the levels on October 13 by 8 hours, without negative consequences,” the message reads.
Also, an emergency level of fire hazard has been declared in Ukraine. In particular, a high fire probability is expected in the eastern regions.
“According to the Ukraine’s Hydrometeorological Center, on October 14-15, an extraordinary level of fire hazard will remain in the eastern regions and most districts of Sumy and Odesa regions,” the State Emergency Service said.
