The sale of medicines in Ukraine by the end of 2018 increased by 23.4% (UAH 84.574 billion) compared to 2017, Economic truth reports.
Sales for the specified period decreased to 1.52 billion packs, while the weighted average price of pharmacy basket goods increased by 24.45% to UAH 55.64 per unit by the end of 2017.
At the same time, the weighted average price of medicines in 2018 increased by 19.52% – up to UAH 69.45 per unit.
At the end of 2017, pharmacy sales of all categories of goods increased by 19% (up to UAH 68.271 billion) compared to 2016, in real terms – by 12%, to 1.513 billion packs.
As The Journalist reported, the number of patients with measles has decreased in Ukraine.
