On September 9, militants launched 25 attacks on Ukrainian positions in Donbas, two times using weapons prohibited by the Minsk agreements. This is reported by the press center of the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) HQ on Facebook.
The occupiers opened aimed fire from grenade launchers of various systems, heavy machine guns and small arms.
Also the enemy forces shelled JFO positions near the settlements of Vodiane and Lebedynske in Mariupol sector with 82-mm mortars. In the vicinity of the settlement of Krymske in the Luhansk sector, one of the JFO defense strongpoint was fired from the weapons of an infantry fighting vehicle.
It is noted that over the past day the enemy fired at Ukrainian positions in the areas of the settlements of the Krymske, Zolote, Svitlodarsk, Pivdenne, Verkhniotoretske, Krasnohorivka, Maryinka, Novomikhaylivka, Novotroitske, Pavlopil, Hnutove, Lebedynske, Vodyane and Shirokine.
There have been no casualties among JFO servicemen from the beginning of the day.
According to intelligence data, four Russian-backed soldiers were wounded over the past day.
