Militants shelled Ukrainian army positions 26 times over the past 24 hours

Over the past day, July 5, militants mounted 26 attacks on Ukrainian army positions. As a result of enemy attack, one Ukrainian soldier was wounded. This is reported by the press center of Ukraine’s Joint Forces Operation (JFO) on Facebook.

On the Lugansk direction, the illegal armed units used grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms in vicinity of the settlement of Krymske, and staged provocation in the disengagement area in the village of Stanytsia Luhanska, having opened fire from small arms, the JFO HQ reports.
On the Svitlodarska Duha direction, the enemy opened fire from automatic grenade launchers and heavy machine guns near the settlements of Svitlodarsk and Novoluhanske. One Ukrainian soldier was wounded.
On the Horlivka and Donetsk direction, militants shelled the area of the settlements of Pivdenne and Avdiyivka.
According to Ukrainian intelligence data, one militant was killed.
As «The Journalist» reported previously, militants have fired upon the JFO forces 25 times.
