For the past day The Russian occupation troops opened aimed fire at the Ukrainian’s positions 53 times. One Ukrainian soldier was killed, five more were injured of varying degrees of severity. This is reported by the Joint Forces Operation HQ on Facebook.
«Over the last 24 hours, one Ukrainian soldier was killed in action near the village of Krymske. Three defenders were wounded near Avdiyivka and two were wounded near Volnovakha», – the report said.
The most escalated situation was near the towns of Avdiyivka, Pisky, Shyrokyne.
«The Russian occupation forces attacked the Ukrainian positions 20 times with the use of artillery systems and mortars, 53 times using small arms, grenade launchers, cannons of infantry fighting vehicles. In some directions, the militants resorted to active assault actions», – the message said.
As «The Journalist» reported previously, the entrance to 12 settlements is restricted in Donbass.
