The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky wrote about this in his Twitter:
“It’s not a good morning. A military helicopter crashed in the Rivne Oblast. Four soldiers have been killed. I’ve ordered General Khomchak, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, to investigate the circumstances of the tragedy under his personal control. My sincere condolences to the families and friends of the victims.”
