Attackers robbed people treating them beforehand with a psychotropic drug

Law enforcement officers detained a gang of robbers who treated their victims drinks, containing with a psychotropic drug. This is reported by the press service of the Main Department of the National Police.

Kyiv police have completed an investigation of the «activities» of a criminal group that robbed citizens, previously treating those with drinks with a psychotropic drug. It is established that one of the victims died as a result of the actions of intruders.
It is established that the attackers began to operate in April 2017. An organized criminal group was led by a 32-year-old Moldovan who organized illegal activities. He attracted his relatives and close acquaintances to do this, followed the implementation of certain roles, led the actions of the participants, sold the stolen goods and distributed the proceeds of crime.
It is noted that women – participants in the collusion, got acquainted with men and treated them with drinks, in which the medicine was previously poured and the victims were taken to a «quiet place» where their accomplices were connected.
«Under the influence of clozapine, a new acquaintance got into a state in which he could not manage with his actions. He was taken to the street and robbed: bags with things, watches, gold jewelry, purses, money, documents, bank cards. The organizer and the driver were always nearby, so they were ready to intervene if necessary. After the committed victim was left unconscious in place, and robbers themselves went to ATMs – they took cash from the accounts of the robbed men», the message says.
In general, the investigation found that thus the attackers have enriched almost 275,000 hryvnas.
Earlier «The Journalist» reported that the thieves decided to rob the richest man in the world, but changed their minds and robbed the neighboring house.
