There is no Ukrainian region that is ready to ease quarantine restrictions as of October 19. The Kirovohrad region was also included in the “red zone” list, according to the Journalist, citing the press center of the Ministry of Health.
The coronavirus incidence rate has been exceeded in all regions of Ukraine. On average in the country, it is 192.7, while the norm is 40. The worst situation is in Sumy (343.5), Khmelnitsky (325.2) and Kharkiv (307.6) regions. In the Kirovohrad region this figure is 43.8, in Kyiv – 206.1.
Also, the hospital beds for coronavirus patients in Ukraine are filled at 65.7%. At the same time, in three regions, the percentage of occupancy exceeds 80% – Luhansk (103.9%), Odesa (90.9%), Sumy (88.2%) and Donetsk (81.8%) regions.
