The Minister for Temporarily Occupied Territories and Internally Displaced Persons, Vadym Chernysh, said that the Russian Federation, handing out passports to residents of the occupied territories of Donbas, is counting on obtaining qualifying labor. About this Chernysh wrote in his Twitter.
Chernysh noted that in Russia there is a demographic problem, and the step to simplify the issuance of passports is part of national security.
“The failure of certain demographic indicators needs qualifying labor wokers. Russia does not count on pensioners who will not build a new life there. And even before the aggression of the Russian Federation, 75-80% of the population of Donbas did not leave its borders. Relying on Russia for people who want to find a job – they think it will help in the demographic problem,” the message says.
The minister believes that people are taken from the familiar environment and “washed” with their brains by the “Russian world”.
Recall, on April 24, Russian President Volodymyr Putin signed a decree on simplifying the procedure for granting Russian citizenship to ORDLO residents.
Earlier, the “Journalist” reported that the passports of a citizen of the Russian Federation, issued to residents of the occupied Donbas, will be valid only in one area.
