Prime Minister of Ukraine Oleksiy Honcharuk has said that Ukraine intends to build 200 new emergency medicine centers in a year. He wrote about this on his Facebook page.
The head of government said that he personally checked the state of construction works of the new Okhmatdyt complex, which began 9 years ago, but the hospital is still not functioning at full capacity.
“Just imagine – the launch of this new Okhmatdyt complex will allow to perform, for example, up to 100 bone marrow transplantations instead of 25, as it is now. These are not just figures, we can save children’s lives four times more!” Honcharuk said.
The prime minister noted the importance of building new centers for emergency medicine and said that 200 such centers will be built this year.
“The priority of the Government is to save as many human lives as possible, including by giving Ukrainians access to quality medicine,” the prime minister said.
As The Journalist reported, Honcharuk says utility payments lows by 30%.
